As one of Taiwan’s top three telecom providers, Taiwan Mobile has long pursued digital transformation across networks, content, and smart living. In 2019, with Google Nest speakers entering the Taiwanese market for the first time, Taiwan Mobile became the first telecom partner to promote these devices locally — recognizing their potential as both a network accelerator and a high-value lifestyle service.

The collaboration began through an introduction by Google Cloud Taiwan. After evaluating multiple IoT solution providers, Taiwan Mobile selected ULTRON as its smart home cloud partner — based on security reliability, flexible integration, and hands-on technical capability.
